General Conditions Shipping and Returns
The products offered in the online store are aimed at entrepreneurs.
An entrepreneur is considered to be any natural or legal person who acts within the framework of their business or professional activity, whether public or private. Shipping & Returns Curtidos Cabezas S.L.U. conforms to the following procedures: Orders will be delivered to the specified address, within 1 to 3 business days. Shipments to Canaria, Ceuta or Melilla will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
The product will be sent once the payment has been received. The refund has a commission of 2% on the total purchase with a minimum of 2 euros. This delivery at all times will be subject to the chosen shipping method. The maximum weight of each shipment is 20 Kg. To send machinery whose weight is greater, the customer will request information on the cost of its shipment according to area or country.
All national shipments will be made through the TIPSA or CORREOS EXPRESS agency and international shipments through the SEUR or CORREOS EXPRESS agency. If the client requests it, they will be provided with the guide number of their order and the website to follow up. All orders have the invoice inherent to the merchandise sent. However, it is possible that some countries require additional documentation from the client or are subject to the payment of customs or other taxes in the destination country.
In these cases, the customer is fully responsible for providing any documentation and / or payment that should be made to the customs of the country that receives the merchandise. If the order is rejected or ignored by the customer, the carrier will contact him to coordinate the delivery date, staying for 3 days in the destination country, starting at that time the procedures for its return.
If the customer requires the delivery of the order again, he must bear all the costs incurred for the return. The customer is responsible for informing himself regarding the prohibition that some of the products displayed in our store in his country could be object of. Returns or reimbursement of amounts corresponding to the return at destination customs of merchandise sent will not be accepted due to prohibitions in the destination country. If the merchandise reaches the customer defective or does not correspond to the purchase made by the customer or the invoice, Curtidos Cabezas S.L.U. will take care of all the expenses originated by the return and new delivery of the correct order. The customer can exchange the products received for others of equal or greater value than those that are exposed in our virtual store, as long as the product to be exchanged is unopened and in the same condition in which it was sent. All the expenses originated by said exchange will be paid by the client. The request to change products must be made within 72 hours after receipt of the merchandise by the customer.
For your safety, always open the package in the presence of the carrier and state in writing in the delivery guide that accompanies each order, any deficiencies you find. The prices shown DO NOT include the legally applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), which will be shown separately. Prices are shown in EUROS. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices indicated DO NOT include shipping costs.
